How do I ship my media to Southtree?

Before sending in your times, be sure to place your order online first. We cannot accept orders that have not been first placed online.

When packaging up your order, be sure to include your order number as well, so we know exactly who it belongs to!

After we receive your order, our standard processing time is estimated at 6-8 weeks once your order arrives at our processing facility.

Certain specialty formats require additional processing time, and during peak processing seasons processing time can be extended.

Once we've completed your order, we'll ship it back to you! You should receive your tracking information in an email, and after that, there's only a few more days until it's on your doorstep!
