How do I redeem and ship my Amazon Local order?

Entering your Amazon code is easy!

Amazon redemption codes are valid towards any of our services up to the dollar amount they are worth. To use your Groupon, head over to https://southtree.com/order to begin the checkout process. After clicking the "Checkout" button, simply enter the redemption code in the box that says "Add Promo Code" during the Shipping portion of the checkout process.

Once you submit your order, you'll receive a confirmation email and a 6 digit order number so you can track your order through the entire process on our website.

The Amazon Local deal only includes the return shipping of your order back to you after the conversion. We do not provide any shipping labels for sending your items to us. You will be responsible for choosing your own carrier.

When packaging up your order, be sure to include your order number as well, so we know exactly who it belongs to!

After we receive your order, our standard processing time is estimated at 6-8 weeks once your order arrives at our processing facility.

Once we've completed your order, we'll ship it back to you! You should receive your tracking information in an email, and after that, there's only a few more days until it's on your doorstep!
