How do I cancel my order?

We are sorry to see you cancel your order, but we are happy to help you through the process. Send a brief email to info@southtree.com explaining why you'd like to cancel, and one of our agents will get back to you within 1–2 business days. 

If you would prefer to speak to a representative, we offer limited phone support at (800) 656-6032. Our phone lines are open Monday–Friday, 8 AM–midnight EST. Call us, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been received by our team.
