How long does it take?

Our estimated processing time is approximately 10-12 weeks once your order arrives at our processing facility. However, there are a number of factors that contribute to how long it takes a particular order to be completed. The processing time for any particular order can vary based on our current inbound volume, the number of items in the order, and the types of media you've submitted for digitizing.

We believe in quality, so we do everything by hand and we won’t compromise. We want to ensure the best quality digitizing experience.

Certain specialty formats often require additional processing time. Our processing time frame can also be extended during peak processing seasons or situations outside of our control.
