Is there a time limit on my order?

After you place your order, you will have one year to send your order to us! However, if you aren't able to send it in within that time frame, we can always reactivate your order for just a small fee of $9.95. If you'd like to do that with an existing order, just give us a call at 423-228-2274. Our phone support hours are 9am to 5pm EST from Monday to Friday.
