Where do I send my order?

Before sending in your items, be sure to place your order online first HERE. We cannot accept orders that have not been first placed online.

After you complete that step, we will mail out a shipping packet with an optional FedEx Smartpost Returns label that you are welcome to use. If you decide to do that, you simply need to put it on the outside of your box and drop it off at the Post Office or a FedEx Ground shipping location (not a dropbox). Please note that this label is not prepaid. It costs an additional $9.95, and we will contact you for this payment when your order is received in our facility. If you use our label, the estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days.

Alternatively, you can use use your preferred carrier. We don't require that you use our $9.95 label. Just make sure everything is packed securely and your items are barcoded with our stickers.
If you'd prefer not to wait for the shipping packet, you can go ahead and send in your order, just be sure to include your order number in the package. You can ship to:
