Do you convert copyrighted material?

We’d love an opportunity to digitize your memories, but when it comes to copyrighted material, the issue is a little more complicated. When you submit your order to us, you are indicating that you are not acting in violation of any copyright laws by duplicating the work, or that you have obtained permission from the copyright holder to do so.

Typically, copyright issues do not arise from digitizing professional photos or videos of your personal events, but they can arise from duplicating box-office films or complete albums by your favorite band. In order to avoid copyright infringement, we recommend that you obtain permission from the copyright owner prior to sending your copyrighted media to us to be digitized.
