How do I cancel my Cloud Service?

We are sad to see you go! Our Southtree Cloud™ service was built because so many customers were asking us for a solution to store and access their home movies online easily and securely. We've built in some amazing features and plan to roll out many more, including native apps for streaming and family accounts for sharing these moments with folks you love.

Cancellation is super easy. First, log into your account by visiting You should also check your email for the Southtree Cloud invitation email to create a password and log into your account.

Once you log in, just click the circle in the top right corner, and then go to the Billing tab. Scroll all the way down to the bottom, and click the link that says "Cancel My Account". Follow the cancellation steps and then click OK. Once you press OK, you have fully cancelled your subscription service.

Step 3 - Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel My Subscription". Once you click on that, you will be prompted to click OK and submit the request to cancel the subscription.
