What do I do if I see an unauthorized charge to my credit card?

If there is a charge to your card that you did not authorize, please contact our Customer Support team by email at info@southtree.com. If you prefer to speak to a representative, we offer phone support at (800) 656-6032. Our phone support hours are 9am to 5pm EST from Monday to Friday. Call us, we'd love to help get your issue resolved.
