What kind of packaging should I use to ship my order?

Use our Southtree shipping box! When it comes to sealing the box, more tape is better than less. You really want to make sure everything stays inside during transit. Covering any gaps created by the flaps of the box with tape is a great way to ensure your package and contents arrive safely.

It is just as important to use good packing material as it is to use a sturdy package. In general, use soft items that will hold their shape easily and not disintegrate.

The following items make great packing material:

  • Bubble Wrap
  • Crumbled Paper
  • Packing Foam

Try to avoid the following items. They can come apart during transit, and little bits and pieces can get in your tapes:

  • Styrofoam
  • Packing Peanuts

Please note: if your items won't fit in the provided box, you're welcome to use a larger box. Just be sure to package all items in a single package and use the provided shipping label. We are not able to receive multiple shipments for a single order.
