Do you repair broken tapes?

Our repair service is limited to splicing; we don't offer a comprehensive tape repair service. We recommend having any major repairs done prior to sending in your tapes.

When we can't digitize your tape, our technicians will affix an explanatory note to it. If one of these notes is present on a tape you receive back, just connect with our Customer Support Team. We'll be happy to process a refund or store credit.
