Can I send my photo items to you in albums, frames, cases, carousels, or sleeves?

Unfortunately not. 

 

We require that photos, slides, and negatives be sent loose leaf, in groups of 25, packaged in ziploc style baggies or envelopes. Each group of 25 should then be labeled with one of the provided barcode stickers on the outside of the baggie or envelope.

 

We cannot process them if they arrive in albums, frames, cases, carousels, or sleeves. This is to protect your items and ensure they are not damaged by removing them, as well as make sure our process is as timely as possible.
