How can I live chat with Southtree?

We would be happy to chat with you online! We have live chat services Monday–Friday, 8 AM–midnight EST, and Saturday–Sunday, 9 AM–4 PM EST. 

In order to start a live chat, go to the help desk section (where this article is located) and click the bubble in the bottom left-hand corner. First, search for an article relevant to your concerns. If an article isn't sufficient, then the option for a live chat will appear at the bottom of the window. 

Click on the "live chat" option and a Customer Service Agent should connect to with very shortly! We look forward to helping you with your request.
