How do I unsubscribe from texts and/or emails?

We're sorry to see you go! But we understand wanting to receive fewer notifications.

To Unsubscribe from Text Messages

If you'd like to stop receiving texts messages, just reply to the last text message you received from us with the word STOP. This will remove your phone number from our text message list.

To Unsubscribe from Email Messages

If you'd like to unsubscribe from our email list, there is always a prompt at the bottom of each email that will give you the option to unsubscribe. Once you click that button, it will take you to a screen where you can choose to limit email frequency or completely unsubscribe.

To completely unsubscribe, select the box that says "Unsubscribe me from all emails" and then press "Update Preferences." At that point, you should no longer receive any further emails from us.  

If you ever want to re-subscribe, just go to our website and put your email back in on the prompt that pops up!
