We completely understand that life happens and you might forget about your Southtree box. No need to worry! We don't want your purchase to go to waste.
There is, however, an expiration date for your box and your prepaid shipping label.
Your pre-paid shipping label expires six months after it is initially issued. Thankfully, this is an easy fix. If you reach out to us via phone, email, or live chat, we can issue an up-to-date shipping label directly to your email.
Although your shipping label expires six months after it is issued, your box and the materials inside expire one year after your purchase date. To make sure that your recorded media arrives to us and gets processed safely, we would need to reactivate your order and send you a new box after the one-year date.
We will gladly help you reactivate your order over the phone, at which point you will only pay a small shipping reactivation fee to cover the shipping of the new box. This fee starts at $9.95.
