We completely understand that life happens and you might forget about your Southtree Box. No need to worry! We don't want for your purchase to go to waste.
There is, however, an expiration date for your box. It expires 1 year after your purchase. However, it can be reactivated for just a small fee!
Since we are constantly updating our processes and services, we want you to have the most up to date box that we have. So we'll use the credit from your original order to place a brand new order! The only charge will be a reactivation fee that covers the shipping of this new box.
This fee starts as low as $9.95. Then you can pick back up where you left off!
