Are things delayed due to COVID-19?

While we are still open and 100% operational we are experiencing a little bit of delay due to COVID-19 (coronavirus).
 
We've enhanced several of our practices to ensure we're keeping our team and your order safe. As part of this, we're offering time off to anyone who feels remotely sick to ensure our technicians stay healthy. Therefore, unexpected absences may affect processing times slightly and that may mean that digitizing your order takes longer than normal. However, we are committed to processing your order and shipping it back to you as soon as possible!
 
Our production team is still processing hundreds of orders a day and our customer service team is available 7 days a week to assist you.
