Yes! We are still open and 100% operational. Our production team is processing hundreds of orders a day and our customer service team is available 7 days a week to help.
 
If you have already placed an order, you are welcome to hold off sending in your aging media, but if you decide to go ahead and send it, we'll get it processed and shipped back as soon as possible!
 
If you are thinking about purchasing our product, we will definitely be here to ship out your initial order and to receive your aging media once you're ready to send it in!
 
Orders can be sent in up to 1 year after their purchase date.
